These Terms govern your use of the Chiply: Homework Planner mobile app ("the App"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

1. What the App is

The App is a homework planner and assignment tracker. It helps you plan assignments and turn big projects into small steps with dates. Results from AI can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check important information before you rely on it. AI helps you plan and understand your work. It does not do the work for you. Follow your school's rules on AI use.

2. Subscriptions

• Chiply Pro is offered as auto-renewable subscriptions: yearly and monthly. Example US prices (your App Store storefront may differ): yearly at $29.99 (with a 7-day free trial when you are introductory-offer eligible) and monthly at $6.99. Prices shown in the App before purchase control.
• Chiply offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions. Some features require a subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel it anytime in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Family Sharing is not included.

3. Apple

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In addition to these Terms, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the App.

4. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Questions: support@chiply.aeoriaapps.com.
